You'll use tools like SAP for inventory management, QuickBooks for financial tracking, and Microsoft Teams for seamless communication across locations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Optimize inventory and supply chain processes to reduce waste and costs.
• Monitor financial performance and report on KPIs to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote outlet events and special offers.
• Ensure all outlets adhere to company policies and brand standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with a track record of driving operational excellence.
• Proven experience using SAP and QuickBooks for business management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
