📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, presentation, and negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote INDOSAT HIFI services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecom or internet service industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Valid SIM card and good network coverage in Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
