📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and reconcile invoices for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Manage vendor payments and customer invoices
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using SAP and Excel
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in Accounting or Financial Management is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian
