As the Accommodation Services Manager at Luxury Resorts Bangka Belitung, you'll be part of a team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. With a salary range of IDR 12,000,000 to IDR 18,000,000 per month, this position offers competitive compensation and a chance to work in one of Indonesia's most beautiful destinations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of the accommodation department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 staff members, providing training and development opportunities.
- Implement and maintain housekeeping and maintenance schedules using property management software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to resolve guest concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels of linens, towels, and other consumables, and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular audits.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of property management software, such as HMS (Hotel Management System) or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, as needed.
