📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Oversee the design and installation of retail displays, ensuring they align with our brand's luxury aesthetic.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and retailers to create cohesive and visually appealing store layouts.
Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for design and presentation purposes.
Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest fashion trends to inform merchandising decisions.
Train and mentor retail staff on visual merchandising best practices.
Manage the merchandising budget and ensure cost-effective solutions for display materials.
Evaluate the performance of visual merchandising initiatives and make data-driven improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with a proven track record in premium fashion retail.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in visual merchandising.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative merchandising solutions.
Knowledge of retail operations and customer behavior.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
