📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities for assigned properties.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain property records, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize property value.
• Manage and mentor a team of property maintenance staff.
• Respond to resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property operations and maintenance, preferably in a real estate or commercial property setting.
• Strong knowledge of property management software, such as MMS, Rave, or similar.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, RICS, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to property management.
