📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, security, and utilities.
• Work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities.
• Manage the capital expenditure of our facilities, ensuring that we are always investing in the latest technology and equipment.
• Ensure that our facilities are always running efficiently and effectively, with minimal downtime.
• Monitor and maintain our facilities' compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and sustainability of our facilities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to our team of facilities staff, ensuring that they are always performing at their best.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities are always meeting the needs of our customers and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on capital and operational expenditure.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining state-of-the-art facilities in the cold chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office.
