Your day-to-day tasks will include market analysis, client negotiations, and coordination with contractors, all while leveraging tools like Airbnb’s Host Management System and Google Workspace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and secure high-potential properties for renovation and Airbnb listing.
• Negotiate contracts with property owners and manage the renovation process.
• Oversee the renovation of short-stay properties to meet Airbnb’s high standards.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure properties are optimized for guest satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain listings on Airbnb and other short-stay platforms.
• Analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive growth in the Airbnb and vacation rental market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate, property management, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of the Airbnb and short-stay property management industry.
• Proficient in using Airbnb’s Host Management System and Google Workspace.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for Bali’s culture and a willingness to travel frequently.
