📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Host live selling sessions on social media platforms to promote and sell our range of sports and fitness products.
Engage with customers in real-time, answering queries and addressing their concerns.
Use digital marketing tools to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with our customer base.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the sports and fitness industry.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the sports or fitness industry.
Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and other similar platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
