📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create and distribute engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support sales efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage and grow our email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp is a plus.
