📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist beauty therapists in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns.
• Assist with the administration of beauty treatments, including applying products and ensuring client comfort.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
• Stock and organize beauty supplies, ensuring they are available and properly stored.
• Assist with the preparation of treatment areas for special events or promotions.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a beauty or customer service role.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of beauty products and treatments is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic beauty software or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
