📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire FATP process, ensuring that all stages are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring that all products meet or exceed industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and components are of the highest quality and arrive on time.
• Develop and implement training programs to upskill your team and ensure that they are equipped with the latest tools and techniques.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on FATP processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and improving production efficiency and quality.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems like SAP and MES software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
