📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Schedule and assign tasks to staff, ensuring everyone is working effectively and productively.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and support for professional development.
• Identify and address operational issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations, including inventory, staff schedules, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and supervising teams.
• Strong knowledge of operational procedures, including inventory management, logistics, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
