Join us in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, and be a part of shaping the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and lead outdoor adventure activities such as hiking, rock climbing, and kayaking.
Develop and implement educational programs that promote environmental stewardship and outdoor skills.
Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, ensuring their well-being and enjoyment.
Assess and adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of diverse groups of youth.
Foster a deep connection with Bali's natural landscapes and share this passion with participants.
Collaborate with the team to organize and execute outdoor adventure events and workshops.
Maintain high standards of safety and risk management in all outdoor activities.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with participants and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Education, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Certifications in outdoor leadership and safety, such as Wilderness First Aid, Outdoor Emergency Care, or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor education or adventure guiding.
Strong knowledge of Bali's geography, flora, and fauna, and a passion for sharing this knowledge with others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate youth.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, with good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
