📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle patient inquiries and provide support related to insurance claims.
- Process and verify insurance claims using systems like SAP or similar.
- Communicate with insurance providers to resolve any discrepancies in claims.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims to maximize reimbursements.
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance policies and benefits.
- Maintain and update patient records and insurance documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance providers.
- Stay updated with the latest insurance policies and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in patient support, insurance claims processing, or a related field.
- Certification in insurance claims processing or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian insurance policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Familiarity with insurance claims processing software like SAP or similar.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
