Lead the Platforms Solutions Architecture team in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions for Stripe's customers.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-impact solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.,Mentor and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in platforms solutions architecture to ensure Stripe remains competitive.,Collaborate with senior leadership to align the team's goals and initiatives with the company's overall strategy.,Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure the highest quality of code and design.,Work with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.,Lead and participate in architecture reviews and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,10+ years of experience in platforms solutions architecture, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance.,Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams.,Strong understanding of cloud platforms and architectures, with experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.,Deep knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.,Familiarity with financial services and payment processing systems is a plus.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for meetings and events.
