📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback as needed.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, ordering, and tracking.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, customer traffic, and customer satisfaction, and report on findings to management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of store-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury or premium brands.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a retail team and driving sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales strategies, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with retail management software, such as Lightspeed or RetailPro.
