📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes by entering and verifying transactions in QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Provide administrative support to the finance manager, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements for internal and external use.
• Stay informed about financial regulations and best practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a tourism or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and other financial software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Indonesia as needed.
