Bahagia Intan Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing employees.,Assess training needs and design appropriate training materials and methods.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional development.,Collaborate with the management team to align training programs with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development in a corporate or restaurant setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.,Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the organization.
