📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.,Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and implement best practices in education.,Stay updated with educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.,Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities to enrich the learning experience.,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Promote a safe and respectful school environment by enforcing discipline and addressing any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogical principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required.,Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
