📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses and developing job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are selected.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
