📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Maintain training records and provide reports to management,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
