📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Support the HR team in the onboarding process of new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,Recent graduates or candidates with limited experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
