📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications and company policies.,Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the fleet, including driver training and compliance with traffic laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.,Collaborate with drivers and other departments to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Participate in regular fleet meetings and provide updates on fleet status and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
