Camp Shine Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
