Home Go Lestari is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you're ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our customers, understanding their needs and providing them with the best solutions to meet those needs. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identifying and prospecting potential customers in the Balikpapan area.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Presenting our products and services to customers and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Reporting on sales performance and market trends.
  • Participating in sales training and development programs.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
