Depot Gita Restaurant is looking for a Deputy QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. You will work closely with our production team to maintain high standards and improve processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure food products meet safety and quality standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and best practices.,Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a related role in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with HACCP and other food safety management systems.
