Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing a department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's vision and mission.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve department performance and achieve set goals.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitoring and evaluating department performance, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
• Representing the company at internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
