📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage the branch's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.,Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Represent the company at events and meetings, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of local market trends and customer preferences.,Familiarity with hospitality software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
