📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.,Assist in network setup and maintenance.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Provide training and documentation for IT users.,Maintain and update IT inventory records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network technologies and protocols.,Basic understanding of IT security principles.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
