As an Architectural & Interior Design Inspector of Works, you'll spend your days on-site, reviewing construction progress, checking measurements, and ensuring that all materials and finishes meet the specified standards. You'll work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure that the project stays on track. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of construction and ensure compliance with architectural and interior design specifications.
• Verify that all materials, finishes, and workmanship meet the required standards and quality control procedures.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to address any issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve design execution and future projects.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and corrective actions taken.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural or interior design inspection, preferably in a high-end construction environment.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with construction materials, finishes, and workmanship standards.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites across Bali.
• Professional certification in architectural or interior design inspection (e.g., NCIDQ, CIDI) is a plus.
