United Neon Advertising Inc. is seeking a Site Development & Compliance Specialist to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining outdoor advertising sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of advertising infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our outdoor advertising business in one of Indonesia's most vibrant tourist destinations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage outdoor advertising sites, including billboards, digital screens, and other advertising mediums.,Ensure compliance with local regulations, including environmental, safety, and zoning laws.,Oversee the construction and maintenance of advertising infrastructure, including electrical systems, lighting, and structural components.,Coordinate with local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor site performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.,Develop and implement site development strategies to maximize advertising effectiveness and revenue.,Provide training and support to site maintenance teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site development and construction management, preferably in the outdoor advertising industry.,Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Bali.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
