Certis Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Officer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing premium protection and risk mitigation services to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive security plans for clients,Provide 24/7 security surveillance and monitoring services,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of clients and their assets,Train and supervise security personnel to maintain high standards of service,Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for prevention,Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field,Strong knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SIA, ASIS, etc.),Proven track record of successful risk mitigation and security projects
