📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Oversee the testing and inspection processes to identify and resolve any issues or defects in our products and services.,Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to assess the overall quality of our products and services, and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, production, and customer service, to ensure that quality is integrated throughout the entire product lifecycle.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions to improve quality and efficiency.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies, and implement them into our quality assurance and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior QA/QC Manager role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of QA/QC professionals.,Proficient in using quality management software and tools, such as SAP QM, TQM, or similar.,Familiarity with the manufacturing, technology, or service industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the industry.
