📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize our online store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to create and launch new ecommerce initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve website performance, including load times, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce.
  • Provide training and support to the ecommerce team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ecommerce regulations and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO principles.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
