📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of customers in the Bogor area.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the stationery industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
