📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with senior management to identify financial opportunities and risks.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and other financial advisors.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
