📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes,Administer employee benefits and compensation,Maintain employee records and HR documentation,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflicts,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures,Support the implementation of training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with English is a plus
