📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in a similar role within a port or logistics company is a plus.
