📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition.,Monitor branch performance, analyze sales data, and report to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Identify opportunities for business growth and innovation within the branch.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Proven experience in managing branch operations and driving sales.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
