📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus,Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items,Participate in cost control and budgeting for the kitchen,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines,Proficiency in using various kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to work well in a team and take initiative
